What accomplishments are you most proud of?
For me it is making it out of my childhood and where I am today. I grew up in a great home but experienced tragedy at a young age. Even though it has shaped me, it didn’t destroy me.
What do you enjoy doing on the weekends?
I am an endurance athlete at heart so running is a big piece of my weekend. I also enjoy escaping to the mountains to explore along with relaxing at home with the family
Who is someone you admire and why?
My wife. She works full time even though she doesn’t have to, she cooks for us every night and is sweet and loving towards our children even in her most stressed out moments.
Flashback to when you were 10 years old. What do you want to be when you grow up? Why?
I wanted to be a police officer because the thought of helping people was really fun. Also the car chases that my grandfather told me about when he was in law enforcement made me want to do that as well.

Amazing guy who is passionate about his job. If you are looking to buy a house, Cleveland Miller is the person to talk to! Purchasing a home was scary (especially in this market) but Mr. Miller answered any questions that we had and made sure that we were getting a deal that fit our lifestyle. We have already recommended him to several friends.

Cleveland went over all my options and was able to advise me on the best rate, closings costs, and term scenarios to meet my needs. He followed up consistently throughout the process and made sure I had no surprises along the way. Gretchen was amazing too, making sure that we were well documented and reaching out for any additional steps or documentation needed. I've had 5 mortgages and refinances, and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Cleveland and his team.

Cleveland helped me secure a loan for my new home at an awesome rate! The rate was awesome, but what sets Cleveland apart from his competition is not only his knowledge of the industry but how personable he is. Cleveland is very knowledgeable, kind & efficient. He worked hard to get me the best rate possible and presented several different options to me in a spreadsheet type fashion so I could calculate what would be best for me and my family. I am self employed so sometimes getting a mortgage loan can be a cumbersome process. Cleveland made sure to touch base regularly to keep me updated and to make sure I had submitted all that I needed to submit to the underwriters which made for smooth sailing to the closing table. Thank you Cleveland!

I recently refinanced with BankSouth Mortgage, and the process was very easy. I chose BankSouth Mortgage because I would be working with Cleveland Miller. He quoted me a great rate and made the experience super easy. I was able to lower my rate even further during the process since rates dropped after my initial application. I would highly recommend Cleveland Miller for a new mortgage or a refinance!
